Shipping Charges
We are trying our best to keep the shipping charges as low as possible. The cost depends on the size, weight and destination. The cost is calculated and shown at the time of checkout. Packages up to 1 kg and/or 90 cm in circumference ca be shipped with Swedish Postal service. Packages exceeding those limitations are sent with DHL Express. The Swedish Postal service offer limited tracking and usually takes longer than DHL Express for delivery, but are therefore also a cheaper option.
Delivery
All orders are handled within 48 hours. The delivery time is dependent on the size and weight of the parcel as well as the destination. Usually deliveries are within 3-5 days within the European Union, but occassionally shipments can take longer.

In case of a damaged package, contact us immediately at info@free-play.se. You will be informed how to proceed, but we will always try our best to make you a happy customer, so no worries!
